Maybe we should recruit admins and mod. for their waoks.

Maybe for better management we should recruit admins and moderator for their jobs like some admins and moderator will manage ban and unbans . and some will manage about hacks . I think it is more good then now Because we have nearly 70 Admins in bot but most of admin don't work they only use admin for swap and end the game lol or stack kick some1 etc. and we should choose member who will check admins work and can remove their admin for a low time .this idea will be very good because then nobody admin think to abuse . and how I got this idea???? visit

The problem is that many Admins inactive and hidden.  
It is difficult to find the right people.
50% admin is inactive, do not play CHF, or ofline long time.
Best maybe remove all inactive admins and add new active.
