Change voteshuffle command

The voteshufle command isnt known by most chf players. Here is the solution :

Frist of all u need to change the command from !voteshuffle into !rt [official ] because it is
- easier to remember
-easier to write
-official name
-eaiser to promote

Main problem :The voteshufle command isnt known by most chf players. Therefore u need to reduce the number of players who are needed for this . In my opninon 3-2 players are enough to activate this command

It would be nice if u mention my name "mehrquack " [creator ]

u dont have to write the whole !voteshuffle, u can just type !vs and it works. no point in changing the whole initials cuz u want ur name to be mentioned.

3-5 players is appropriate for shuffle...
What would be nice is if the bot states this in THE LOBBY, not after the game starts...
