its a mouse with wire and it worked on my desktop but just not in game so weird and i callls hacks! seeing them an all...

So the mouse worked on the desktop. 
Well I agree something is strange about that you could not move the hero. 
I remember now to me did it happen 1-2 times:
but I found the reason, my processor was at 100%, and was constantly at 100%.

couldnt be this because all i was running is warcraft an that never runs 100 % o-0

It happens sometimes, no matter how powerful the processor you have.
This is called block processor, it happens at 2 and 4 core processors too.
Basically the problem goes away when the computer is reset. [99 °%]

=> after some time he start to recongnize that players who are using this kind of ward plant them ussualy at
the same place : It was no maphack And why he should use rats when can see the wards ???

Sometimes u can recongnize mh by the playing style of ur enemys

I doubt this is hacking as well. No need to use rats when wards are visible.

It isnt so simple as you think: " No need to use rats when wards are visible."
Look when u recongnize wards which are making you visible u play different than u usually do . It would be strange when someone change his gamestyle of the hole game in one minute after you have planted wards and he didnt use any ways to make them visiable. Therefore "exprinced " maphackers try to convince their opponents for exsample with using rats .. that they dont use maphack......................
@Zizi think about the question if he his able to use mh or not [look if he is noob ]
